Terrell Carnegie Library Building was built in 1904 and is a Registered Texas Historic Landmark

The Terrell Carnegie Library Building, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, served Terrell as a library until the mid 1980s.  It is now the home of our Terrell Heritage Museum displaying a variety of artifacts from Terrell's past.   

Terrell Heritage Museum collects, catalogs and displays artifacts from the rich history of Terrell. The Museum also maintains archives and a large photograph collection available to researchers.

The Museum is  open:

10am-4pm Wednesdays & Saturdays
